Plenaria è la piattaforma europea per investire in gruppo. I membri propongono operazioni motivate da una tesi scritta, le discutono e le votano. Se la proposta passa, ognuno la esegue sul proprio conto, allo stesso prezzo degli altri.

Plenaria is a European platform for investing as a group. Members propose trades backed by a written thesis, discuss them and vote. If a proposal passes, each member executes it on their own account, at the same price as everyone else.

Il nome viene dalla seduta plenaria, quando l'assemblea si riunisce al completo e vota. È un nome provvisorio.

The name comes from the plenary session, when the assembly sits in full and votes. It is a provisional name.

Chi inizia a investire da un'app ha due strade: decidere da solo, esposto a emozioni e informazioni non verificate, oppure copiare qualcuno di cui non conosce il ragionamento.

Anyone who starts investing through an app has two options: decide alone, exposed to emotion and unverified information, or copy someone whose reasoning they do not know.

Plenaria offers a third way: deciding as a group, with a method, so that the group reasons better than the individual instead of following the herd.

Come funzionaHow it works

Ogni operazione segue gli stessi cinque passaggi.Every trade goes through the same five steps.

Gruppi da 3 a 50 persone, con regole condivise. Il metodo tiene indipendenti i giudizi, perché la saggezza della folla funziona solo così.

Groups of 3 to 50 people, with shared rules. The method keeps judgements independent, because the wisdom of the crowd only works that way.

  1. TesiThesis

    Un membro propone un'operazione e la motiva per iscritto: cosa, perché e con quali rischi.

    A member proposes a trade and explains it in writing: what, why and with which risks.

  2. StimeEstimates

    Prima di vedere le stime degli altri, ognuno registra la propria previsione, per esempio il prezzo atteso a 12 mesi.

    Before seeing anyone else’s, each member records their own forecast, for example the expected price in 12 months.

  3. VotoVote

    Il gruppo discute per 24–72 ore, con un membro a turno nel ruolo di avvocato del diavolo. Poi vota: il conteggio resta nascosto fino alla chiusura.

    The group discusses for 24–72 hours, with members taking turns as devil’s advocate. Then it votes: the count stays hidden until voting closes.

  4. ConfermaConfirmation

    Se la proposta passa, ogni membro decide se confermarla con un tocco e per quale importo.

    If the proposal passes, each member decides whether to confirm it with one tap, and for how much.

  5. EsecuzioneExecution

    Gli ordini confermati partono insieme e vengono eseguiti allo stesso prezzo per tutti.

    Confirmed orders go out together and are filled at the same price for everyone.

I titoli restano sempre di ciascun membro, sul suo conto.The securities always belong to each member, in their own account.

Li sceglie il gruppo (maggioranza semplice, al 75% o unanimità), insieme al limite mensile di proposte e alle regole di uscita.

The group chooses them (simple majority, 75% or unanimity), along with a monthly cap on proposals and exit rules.
