Waiting list, interview and contacts · updated 20 October 2026

Who processes the data

Gualtiero Alberto Grimaldi, founder of Plenaria, a company being incorporated: gualtiero@plenaria.eu. Once incorporated, the company will become the data controller and we will let you know.

What data

Your email, the country you live in, the optional answers in the form (who you would invest with, whether you are happy to have a chat) and the language of the page. If you write to us, your address and the content of your message.

If you answer the interview: your answers about investing habits and the product, your country, your age range and, only if you give it, your email. We do not ask for amounts, wealth or any other personal financial data; without an email your answers are anonymous.

Why

To tell you about the launch and the beta, to invite you to form a founding group and, only if you said so, to contact you for a short chat or a pilot group. Interview answers are used to design the product and are analysed in aggregate. Aggregated data help us understand in which countries interest is growing. We do not use the data for third-party advertising and we do not share it with anyone.

Legal basis

Your consent (Article 6(1)(a) of Regulation (EU) 2016/679, GDPR), which you can withdraw at any time without consequences.

How long

Until the service launches and in any case no longer than 24 months after you sign up, or until you ask us to delete it.

Who receives it

Netlify, Inc., which hosts the site and collects the forms, and our email provider, as data processors. Netlify is based in the United States: the transfer takes place with the safeguards provided for in Chapter V of the GDPR.

Your rights

You can ask for access, rectification, erasure, restriction and portability, object to processing and withdraw your consent by writing to gualtiero@plenaria.eu. You can also lodge a complaint with your data protection authority; in Italy, the Garante per la protezione dei dati personali (garanteprivacy.it).

Other

Signing up is reserved for adults and involves no commitment and no account opening. The site uses no cookies or analytics.
